Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Alexia Rousse Fine Art guarantees all of our products. We use the best print products and methods available. All of our artworks are custom made to order, are hand crafted and meticulously ispected to ensure the highest production quality. If for any reason a print is defective, you may return it for replacement at no cost. Product will typically be replaced within 10 business days. Please note that the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is the replacement of the product.

Alexia Rousse Fine Art disclaims any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Alexia Rousse fine art be liable to the value of the product (s) or any damages including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages. Orders must be opened when received and reviewed within the first two weeks for any possible replacemnt. Alexia Rousse Fine Art cannot be responsible for third party applications added onto a print, mishandling, including results from extreme or unusual climate conditions. As with any art, do not hang or display pieces neighter in direct sunlight, nor in places subject to high heat or humidity.

Please store your Certificate of Authenticity in a safe and secure location. If you feel there is a need for replacement, please notify us via e-mail at [email protected] or using the contact form on our website at The print and certificate must be returned together. Upon receipt and inspection by Alexia Rousse Fine Art, you will be contacted within a few days regarding the replacement (s).

NOTE 1- If shipping damage is involved you must file a claim with the shipping carrier to get reimbursed for the product(s) damage and shipping cost incurred. If shipping damages are extremely noticeable with large punctures to the outside, REFUSE SHIPMENT and request proper notation and take your own photos if possible. This will insure faster claim/replacement.***DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED**

NOTE 2- If the shipper insists on keeping the damaged print, you must still cut out the number and signature and return them to Alexia Rousse Fine Art along with the original Certificate of Authenticity for any replacement.
